How do you work with my existing cleaning and gardening team?

We are highly flexible in this regard, at a nominal fee we can oversee work done by your appointed team.

Do you offer in-person check-ins and check-outs?

In general, contactless check-ins/check-outs are the preferred method for our guests to ensure a safe and smooth process. However, if requested, in-person check-ins/check-outs can be arranged. Additionally, we maintain regular communication with our guests to guarantee a safe arrival and departure experience.

Do you do property maintenance?

Yes we do, we are fortunate to possess a reliable network of external suppliers. These suppliers are ready to offer competitive quotes for supervised repairs and maintenance services to meet your property's needs.

Can I use some of your services instead of the full hosting package?

Yes you can, all our services can be offered as stand-alone offerings to suit your property's needs. Contact us for your personalized proposal.

My home is unfurnished or needs updating, can you help?

Yes we can, we have an in-house Interior Decorator and tradesmen who can carry out minor renovations to maximise your home's potential.

Will you update the pictures of my current listing?
